About REVERE C.H.S. LTD.
C-1 & C-2 Type Apartment Owners Association now know as ( Revere CHS. LTD.) was constructed and sold by the City & Industrial Development Corporation of Maharashtra Ltd. as a New Town Development Authority for the New Bombay CIDCO allotted apartments to the peoples in Navi Mumbai and formed Associations with the Sub Registrar Assurances, Thane, on 17th December 1980.
Re-Development
Our previous C-1 & C-2 Type Apartment Owners Association of 12 buildings has been registered under Maharashtra Apartment Ownership Act – 1970 on 17th December 1980. Since then over the 40 years, our building got old and dangerous of living. Hence vide Resolution No. 2 of Special General Body Meeting held on 04/10/2015 at Navi Mumbai Sports Association, Vashi, members of the Association unanimously decided to go for Redevelopment of our buildings as per the notification of Govt. of Maharashtra dated 04/02/2015 offering 2.5 F.S.I. for Redevelopments of CIDCO dilapidated buildings.
Therefore in the Special General Body Meeting held on 08/10/2017 at NMSA, Vashi, the Association office shortlisted Developers M/s. Nivasti Developers LLP having Regd. Office D/4/5/6, 1st Floor, Above Waman Hari Pethe, Sector 17, Vashi, Navi Mumbai. Association offered them letters of Intent, dated 14/11/2017 and 02/12/2017 to undertake the process of the Redevelopment Project of our buildings. Said Developer converted our Association into a Co-Op Housing society namely REVERE CO. OP. HSG. SOCIETY LTD. which is registered under Maharashtra Co. Operative Societies Act-1960 on 27th February 2020.

As per the authority given to M/s. Nivasti Developers LLP under the letter of Intent & Tender Documents conditions has completed the following mentioned activities to date at his own cost.

Cancellation of Apartment Owners Association.

Formation of Revere Co. Op. Hsg. Society Ltd.

Carried out Structural Audit with appointed agency M/s. Structwell Designers & Consultants Pvt. Ltd., Turbhe, Navi Mumbai.

Structural Audit carried out by VJIT, Matunga, Mumbai.

Survey carried out by NMMC Identification Committee for dilapidation certificate in C-1 category of our buildings.

Completed supplementary Lease Deed with CIDCO on the name of Revere Co. Op. Hsg. Society Ltd.
